Chocolate Mint Maca Smoothie

This recipe makes a great breakfast, preworkout, or even dessert smoothie.Check out the benefits of Maca Powder here! Ingredients 1 cup almond milk 1 cup kale ¼ avocado 3 dates, pitted 1 tablespoon cacao powder 1 teaspoon Maca Powder 1–2 drops Peppermint oil


  1. Combine ingredients minus essential oil in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add essential oil to taste.
